Coffee Filter Mandalas

These MANDALAS were done while ago, in the beginning of the school year, to celebrate the cycle of the year (the Hebrew new year) and life. In this process, which was done with 6-7 year olds, we folded coffee filters a few times to create the creases for the crossing lines (4) and used sharpies  for the lines and design. We then brushed the coffee filters with water, pat them dry and added water colors.
